TERMS OF USE.

Agreeing to these terms

By signing in to or using OpXCORE you agree to these terms and to the OpXCORE privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use OpXCORE. If your company has its own written agreement with us, that agreement governs the company's subscription; these terms cover your personal use.

Your account

• OpXCORE accounts are for people a company has given access to. Your company decides your role, what you can see and do, and whether your access continues.
• Keep your sign-in private and tell your company if you think someone else has used your account.
• You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your OpXCORE account.

Using OpXCORE

Use OpXCORE only for your work with the companies that gave you access, and follow their policies. Do not:

• enter information that is false, or that you have no right to share;
• try to reach information or accounts your role does not allow;
• interfere with, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
• use OpXCORE for anything unlawful or harmful.

We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk.

Your information and content

Information you and your company put into OpXCORE belongs to you or your company. You let us store and process it to provide OpXCORE, as described in the privacy policy. Your company is responsible for the accuracy of its records, including time, pay and accounting.

AI features

Tex and other AI features can make mistakes. Check answers before relying on them, especially for pay, safety, legal, tax or accounting decisions. AI features are used only after you consent in the phone app.

Winner's Circle

Winner's Circle is a team game played with points. Points have no cash value: nothing is paid in, and points cannot be bought, sold, won as prizes, exchanged or redeemed for money or anything else.

Our software

OpXCORE, its design and its content belong to Pale Horse Technologies LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the apps and website for the purposes above while you have access. We update OpXCORE regularly and may change or remove features.

If you downloaded OpXCORE from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard terms for licensed apps also apply, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. The same applies to Google for apps from Google Play.

Disclaimers and limits

OpXCORE is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of OpXCORE. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top; for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Your access ends when your company removes it or you delete your account. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as disclaimers and limits, continue after that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
